The problem
The salon lived on an ageing Wix site that made booking a chore, with customers who sometimes booked a slot and never turned up.
What I built
A rebuilt site with a simpler booking flow and a card hold that keeps the slot. An app for regulars, on Android and iPhone, with a monthly prize draw to bring them back. And a message after each visit asking how it went.
What changed
More than two hundred and fifty reviews, all five stars, in two months, and fifty per cent more visibility. Booked slots are kept.
