What the form collects
Your name, your email address and your message, which you type yourself. They are sent by email to the studio's own mailbox, and a copy is posted to a private Discord channel that serves as an alert, so the studio sees your message without delay. No third-party form service is involved, you are not added to any mailing list, and your data is kept in those two places only. Discord is a US company, so that copy is hosted in the United States.
Your IP address
To stop automated submissions, the server keeps the IP addresses of recent messages in memory for one hour, then erases them. They are tied neither to your name nor to the content of your message, and they are passed to no one.
How long your messages are kept
Three years: long enough for a business conversation and whatever comes after it. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Analytics
This site counts its visitors with Umami, installed on the studio's own server (umami.studiogalya.com). Nothing goes to a third party: no Google Analytics, no other tracker. Umami sets no cookies and builds no profiles. It counts page views, where visits come from and what kind of device is used, all in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data the studio holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected]; the studio replies within a month.
